Embedded content from other websites
Articles published on the website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles…). Content embedded from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor were visiting that other website.
Statistics and audience measurements
Google Analytics is used to measure traffic and audience on the website.
You have the possibility to subscribe to the website’s newsletter. This registration is optional and voluntary. This newsletter is managed by the MailChimp service.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via a link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Use and transmission of your personal data
The website has no commercial partnership with third party suppliers. When an order is placed in the shop, the user’s bank details are transmitted to the payment service used; the user’s postal details are transmitted to the carrier selected for delivery of the products.
Online payments can be made via PayPal or Stripe. During the processing of your payment, some of your data will be transmitted to the selected service, including information that is mandatory for the execution of the payment, such as the total amount or billing information.
Products are sent via the Colissimo service. Your name, postal address and telephone number are transmitted to it and used only for the delivery of your order.
During an order, if you subscribe to the newsletter or if you do so during the process, your email address and the contents of your basket are transmitted to the MailChimp service and kept on its servers for 30 days. This record is kept to reconstitute the contents of your cart if you change your device or if you need to come back another day.
How long do we store your data for?
Visit statistics are kept for 14 months and order and billing records for 6 years.
If you leave a comment or review on a product, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This allows subsequent comments to be automatically recognized and approved instead of being left in the moderation queue.
For shop customers who create an account on the website, their personal data indicated in their profile are also stored. All users can view, modify or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username). As the website manager, I can also view and modify this information.
The rights you have on your data
If you have a customer account or if you have left comments on the website, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal data I have about you. You can also request the removal of your personal data. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.
For requests concerning privacy, you can contact me via the contact form on the website.
Who has access to the data?
As the administrator and manager of the website, I am the only one who has access to the information stored on it.
